3D Home Architect Landscape Design Deluxe, from Encore, is essentially Punch's Landscape Deck & Patio Designer with fewer features. It's made by Punch, and re-branded by Encore. It's a basic program that will allow you to create basic landscapes.
Ease of Use:
Being a basic version of Punch Software's more powerful landscaping software, this product is easy to use. There are large icons that clearly illustrate what type of object they represent, and quickly creating a landscape is definitely possible.
Features & Tools:
This software has many of the same features as Punch's Landscape, Deck & Patio Designer, but they're not as in-depth. The plant and other object libraries don't have as many stock objects included, and there's no way to edit 3D objects like with the aforementioned Punch Software.
Summary:
Spend a little more money and you'll get a lot more functionality. Consider Realtime Landscaping PLUS, from IDEA Spectrum as a good alternative.
